The Malta Gaming Authority will share a SiGMA World exhibition stand in Rome with GamingMalta, Identità, Malta Enterprise and Bank of Valletta, according to an announcement published by the regulator on 26 October 2026.
The MGA announcement places the delegation under the Make It In Malta initiative. It brings together regulation, business and investment support, identity and visa services, and banking for discussions with operators, suppliers, investors and other industry participants.
Stand and meeting information
The regulator identifies stand H3-3087 and says the Rome event takes place from 3 to 5 November. It directs meeting enquiries with the participating organisations to GamingMalta's initiative page.
The current GamingMalta page also lists Hall 3 and booth H3-3087, but displays a wider date range of 2 to 5 November 2026. Visitors should confirm the day and time of an individual meeting directly with the relevant organisation. The two published ranges are not treated here as identical appointment schedules.
The MGA describes Rome as the initiative's third major international exhibition of the year, following appearances at ICE Barcelona and SBC Summit Lisbon. Its notice concerns planned participation; it does not establish that the November meetings have already taken place.
Business contacts, not market-entry approval
For a company assessing Malta, the shared presence offers a way to identify which body handles a particular question. A licensing enquiry, business-support discussion, identity-service request and banking application remain separate matters. Attendance at a stand does not establish approval of any application or a commitment to provide a service.
The announcement does not introduce new licence conditions, a changed tax regime or guaranteed access to a bank account or visa. Readers can use our Malta B2C and B2B licence comparison and white-label versus turnkey guide to prepare questions about the operator, supplier and contractual roles involved.
BETTIMES checked both public pages on 26 October. No meeting request or registration was submitted, and appointment availability was not tested.
