Licence brief

B2C gaming service licence

The Gaming Service licence is Malta's B2C permission: it applies to the entity with the customer-facing gaming relationship. It is different from the Critical Gaming Supply licence used by B2B platform and game suppliers.

MGA approval is evidence about the Malta permission, not automatic proof of market access everywhere a website is reachable. Destination-country requirements still need a separate jurisdiction check.
