Users of Colombia's bingocasinos.co with outstanding balances or unclaimed prizes can ask Coljuegos to review their case. The regulator announced the channel in its 16 October bulletin. Submitting a request does not establish that money will be repaid.
How to request a review
Coljuegos directs users to email contactenos@coljuegos.gov.co with:
- A copy of their identity document.
- A bank certificate issued no more than 30 days earlier.
The regulator says it will review the information under the applicable procedures. Its bulletin gives no processing deadline, repayment amount or guarantee of recovery.
Read the instructions on the official Coljuegos page before sending documents. BetTimes does not receive identity documents, bank certificates or claims.
Coljuegos also warns that its officials will not contact users to demand money, passwords, verification codes or banking information for this procedure. That warning about unsolicited contact is separate from the documents users must send themselves to the official channel. Do not share personal or financial information with intermediaries promising to speed up the process or guarantee a refund.
The contract decision came earlier
The bulletin identifies BITIA S.A.S. as the operator of bingocasinos.co. Coljuegos says it declared the concession contract's early termination because of serious failures to meet financial obligations.
Resolution 20260007594 was issued on 24 April 2026. The decision became final on 7 July after the operator's administrative appeal was resolved. Coljuegos says it ordered the contract's termination and the immediate suspension of the operator's gambling activities.
The new development on 16 October is the case-review channel. It is not a new termination decision or evidence that all affected users have been paid.
For broader context, BetTimes explains gambling-payment refunds, reversals and chargebacks and how to verify an online gambling licence. Neither process replaces the specific Coljuegos instructions for bingocasinos.co.
