Licence brief
Federal prior authorisationBrazil's federal route is an authorisation at legal-entity level with recorded consumer brands and domains. It should not be reduced to a logo check: the company, authorisation act, brand and .bet.br domain need to align in the current SPA register.
The federal market has operated on an authorised basis since 1 January 2025. BETTIMES treats state activity and gambling products outside the fixed-odds framework as separate questions rather than extending the federal permission by inference.
