Competitive gambling-operation licenceThis record covers the competitive gambling-operation licence created by Gambling Act 10/2026. It should not be presented as a current operating permission before 1 July 2027, even where an application or decision already exists.
The new law retains defined products in an exclusive-rights model and creates a separate later software-licence layer. BETTIMES therefore checks product scope, legal entity, licence decision and effective date instead of using a generic Finland licence label.
